Thoughts on current situation..!!

Since last month, both the Rivals are trying to take revenges on each other and in sake of doing that we both are losing the innocent lives. This results in lose of a hopes for so many families throughout the nation.
If this keeps going on there will be a huge Consequences which going to shake the whole Nation. Both the countries are still a developing countries not the developed countries and both can't afford those kind of consequences at this very moment.

I always believe that Darkness cannot drive out Darkness only light can do that. Hatred cannot remove Hatred but Love and compassion really can.

I mean as a Human, how can we unite when others fight?, how can somebody's pain can be somebody's gain?

Let's not be misguided by the practices of others, let's not let their practices dictate over our voices. We all have a responsibility to build a society and country with compassion.

Every problem in a universe solves only after a TALK, fights and wars never ends up with a solutions. So what I believe is people and Nations should talk and not go for a war because if a war takes place, that will be a kill for Humanity and innocence.

And by saying this I don't mean that we should let them dictate, but the leaders have to decide the alternatives to overcome all this with minimum losses.

Randoms about Relationships..!!

Once upon a time, somebody asked a couple how do you manage to stay together and make it to long 65 years, their answer was so unique, they said,"we lived in a time in which if something got broken we would fix it, rather throwing it."

Today people are treating Relationships like an entertainment Game, they starts playing and enjoying it because they like it to the core but as the time goes by, they starts getting bored and when they get bored they quit or throw it away.
We always want to have a relationships as it is done in movies but that is what actually not possible very much.
The thing is, it should be like we should love people and use things but actually what is happening is we are using people to love things, we spend more time holding our mobile phones with camera and social media on rather holding each other, we ask Google more questions instead of asking each other. 
I personally believe that most of the problems in the world will be solved if we start talking to each other instead of talking about each other. Instead of talking with everyone about the problem, we should talk it with that one person and that's the only way to solve the problems.

There are two lines & first is,"I love you because i need you" and second is," I need you because i love you". The first is said when we are young but we grow up saying the second one.
Relationships are not about compromises, it is about understanding each other and empowering each other for achieving their goals and become a better person that they deserve to become.

I am a kind of guy who has been grown up listening to different stories of failures, biographies which made me understand that success cannot be achieved overnight, a long lasting hard work is always  behind that.
If we search for a word FAILURE in a English dictionary, it will show LACK OF SUCCESS, that doesn't means we don't value learning but we don't value growth, it means we don't value experience and struggles. Our obsession with winning means that we are letting go what should be experienced and can be learnt at that point of time.
Any biography we can take for instance like Abraham Lincoln who passed through numerous failures in his life but Eventually became the 16th president of USA. Kentucky Fried Chicken also had a very inspirational story of a man who lost so may times and finally got a success.
I believe that every failure will converted into a success sooner or later but having a patience is important. Every failure is like a door keeper to the success and after every failure the door gets tougher because its a test of our authenticity and real desire to chase that particular goal.

If you are never failed, you have never tried anything new.

Becoming a better person is always a Quest for an individual...!!

The above quote is so True. We all should try to be a better individual primarily and rest comes secondary. Career is something on which everyone is working on, professionalism is again something on which everyone is working on but all this creates so much of competition among each other that one cannot walk across each other and eventually cannot think beyond the competitions. Instead of all this, an individual should try to be a better person and only compete hard with himself/herself to improve for the next time. By this, it doesn't mean that there should not be any competition among each other, of course there should be but a fair one. If an individual competes with himself/herself primarily, he/she need not to worry about other competitions.

So one should always try to be an better individual of himself/herself, better teammate and a better of friend or colleague.
